Well said on the obsolescence of PR 2.0 - especially in the professional/financial services world, it's interesting to see the trade reluctantly adapt to the new tools...2 years after everyone else. It is, however, coming along and can be a major strategic boost for clients willing to listen. Soon enough it will be, as you say, just part of PR.
