After I wrote about a 96% full Gmail inbox, Fiona Walsh (online business editor of The Guardian) got in touch to ask if I'd write an article on "email bankruptcy."
She ran it as: The secret of happiness: delete all (June 11, 2007)
Full disclosure: she penned the rather nice intro (the first few paragraphs).
Oh and I got my Gmail account down to 81% full (after it reached an alarming 99%) by following LifeHacker's tips.
Congratulations (on both counts) ;)
Ever since I dived headlong into the blogosphere I've had a hard time keeping up with email. Sometimes I do wish I could hit "delete all," but I use it as a to-do list and for customer support, too.
ah well, good luck with getting the pile down further.
