Apart from the language problem it was also a bit of work to find my way around the Chinese blogosphere. By following some random links I did find interesting blogs who cover the China Web 2.0 and blog world. Here's just 3 of them:
China Web 2.0 Review: is a blog dedicated to track web2.0 development, review and profile web2.0 applications, business and services in China. It runs an interesting story on the Chinese "Second Life" virtual world called "Hipihi".
China Blog List: is a collection of links to English language weblogs focused on China. It has a good list of technology related blogs in English.
The blog of Fons Tuinstra is also a nice resource - good to read the insights from a European who has lived in China for several years now and who follows new media development in the country.
I would like to know whether the MyWay internet news site is available in China. Would it be possible to have an agency translating part of the news reports into Chinese and posting it on the net there?
China is also considering removing some of bans on social networking sites such as MySpace and Xanga.
